Additional works will be subject to additional costing and will go ahead only on agreement from both parties.

Should you decide to go ahead with the work, 50% of the total will be payable on agreement of the work and the remaining 50% on the completion of the work.

All materials used will remain property of The Windae Division LTD until final payment for all works is received.
